On the 1st of August , a literary stagecoach “The Sun on the pages” was held for the pupils of the senior group of the “Gvozdichka” kindergarten in the intellectual room “Kunshuaq”. The library staff conducted an introductory tour, a review of new literature, an electronic quiz “Visiting a fairy tale”. Guys solved riddles , amicably answered quiz questions. At the end of the event, a cartoon was shown on the fairy tale E. Matyushkina “Spruce brooms”.

А good children’s literature is always popular with children and adults alike. Adults even, maybe, a little more to remind them of their childhood and give a very good mood.

Here and on the next loud readings held in the cozy room “Kunshuak” was presented a book by Donald Bisset “Conversations with the Tiger”, an English storyteller … who started writing tales for London television and reading them in children’s programs. On the 1st of April next lesson of the circle “English through games” was held in the library.

Children from 7 to 11 years old participated in it. The main topic of the lesson was the profession. They used themed cards, children solved riddles, sang songs, expressed their thoughts in English. Also, in the course of the session, all the topics covered were successfully repeated. The children were engaged with great interest and desire.

In order to explain the measures taken to counter terrorism and terrorist acts in Kazakhstan and throughout the world, on the 1st February a conversation “Terrorism doesn’t have nationality, religion, or boundaries” was conducted by the staff of the library for students of the 9th grade with a trip to gymnasium №3.
