On the 11th of October, the library held a discussion of the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, dated October 5, 2018, “Growth of the welfare of Kazakh people: improving incomes and quality of life”.

In general, in the Message, great attention is paid to improving the well-being and life of Kazakh people. The growth of the minimum wage, the solution of housing problems, the improvement of the quality of medical services and the level of education are one of the guarantees for the growth of social conditions in Kazakhstan.

This Message covers various sectors of a country’s life, such as the social sphere, economy, business, financial sector, state administration, law enforcement agencies, the judicial system and foreign policy.

And also, the President declared 2019 the Year of Youth. The youth is our future, the future of the country depends on them.

In the course of the implementation of the Message, the welfare of the country will improve, public activity in all areas and the responsibility of public servants will increase.
