On July 10, an entertaining hou “Merry Science. Awesome sand” was held for school camps “Smiley”, school number 11, 17.

What are the properties of sand, what is in the composition, how it is used in industry, in cosmetology, in the prevention of human health? The children received answers to all these questions during an enthusiastic conversation and demonstration of items: a water filter, sandpaper, a shungite cream, etc. Small experiments were conducted in which the children themselves were direct participants.

Participants of the event also told about drawing sand on the glass, showed a video about the fascinating history created by sand paintings.
